I really do not have any complaints about it. For the price it was a good deal
I switched to the competitor and I am happy with the product(s). The corded handset is cheaply constructed, the reception is subject to interference, and handset talk time is shorter than advertised, more. Seldom do I complain or buy something I haven't researched thoroughly, but I did make a mistake buying these two units. This is my second Uniden phone and both have battery problems after one year. Battery packs are 8-15 bucks, why not switch to "AAA" batteries Uniden. You can read my other reviews if you can find the one or two I wrote.
The caller id has never worked on the cordless handset. I wouldn't reccommend this product. The reception on this phone is not very good, and the cordless handset does not work very well. Otherwise, it's ok.
The product arrived on time; it was well packaged. One minor disappointment was that the wall-mount setup didn't effectively/properly hold the phone--fortunately the unit could be placed on a nearby stand.
A good buy. Only thing is, they could have thrown in more ringtones. The base corded set is fantastic, feels strong, has comfortable buttons, and is loud and clear. I have no complaints with the cordless too. I take the phone out of house, and it still works fine, no interference.
